These Cookie Dough protein bites are picky eater approved, school safe, gluten-free and nut free.

Makes 12 cookie dough bites
Cookie Dough Protein Bites
Ingredients :
1 cup Benefits by Nature rolled oats
1/2 cup oat flour (or grind more oats into flour)
1/3 cup Benefits by Nature maple syrup
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or mini M&M’s
3–4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1–2 tablespoons milk or plant milk (as needed for consistency)
Instructions:
1. Mix dry ingredients: Combine oats, oat flour, and protein powder in a large bowl.
2. Add wet ingredients: Mix in Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
3. Adjust consistency: If the mixture is too dry, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time.
4. Add in extras: Stir in chocolate chips or M&M’s
5. Roll: Form into 1-inch balls
6. Chill: Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to set, keep in fridge up to 1 week (or freeze up to 2 month)
