Too Easy Chocolate Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are remarkable for adding texture and holding water. They swell to form a gel and add healthy fats and protein to food. This pudding is creamy and delicious. A perfect snack or dessert.


  • 1 can coconut milk

  • ½ cup white chia

  • 1- 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder


  1. Add all ingredients together stirring well, refrigerate 2-4 hours until set. Top with fresh fruit.
