Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

Serves 1

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats

  • 2/3 cup vanilla soy milk

  • 2-3 tsp cream cheese

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning

  • Optional: 1-2 tsp maple syrup


Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and stir well and let sit overnight.
