Peanut Butter Banana Toast

This super easy breakfast will leave you and your kids feeling full for hours! Hemp hearts, whole grain bread and peanut butter adds a punch of protein, while the banana and honey adds a sweet and creamy touch.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of peanut butter

  • 1 banana Sliced

  • 2 tsp of Honey

  • 4 slices of whole-grain bread

  • 2 cups of milk 2% (or alternative)

  • 2 tsp Hemp Hearts

Instructions: ​​

1.Toast the bread 2.Mix Hemp hearts into peanut butter

3. Spread peanut butter on the toast. Top with sliced banana and drizzle of honey 4. Serve with a glass of milk (or alternative)
