Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

These no-bake cookies are the perfect healthy grab-and-go snack anytime of the day. The Mumgry Chocolate Peanut Butter is like no other nut butter you have tried! It is loaded with protein and healthy fats (and not much else). It's also locally produced! These didn't last long in our house but they could be frozen for another day.

Ingredients:

Makes 10-12 cookies

  • 3/4 cup Mumgry Chocolate Peanut Butter

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions: ​​

  1. Warm all ingredients to room temperature

  2. Add ingredients to a bowl, stir to combine, and shape into cookies. Leave to set on parchment paper.
